I have had problems with CJ approval before so I just applied to a few in my niche and the same thing continues. Making the ammount of products that I am able to list very small. But Ebay has over 200,000 in my niche. Is there anyway to make the main focus these products and secondary CJ for products.

Yes you can. The ebay page has CJ items below the list by default, and if you wanted to include ebay items on other pages it wouldn't be too difficult to do so with a little html.
